Energy Laboratory of the Future

Everything we do today will affect how companies, cities and municipalities will operate in a few years. That is why we need an open mind, a perspective and an environment that encourages courage to go into major strategic projects. And that's what we created.

Light and plants

Our four floors stand out for bright interiors, white color and a flood of flowers. White symbolizes purity and precision, which we also transfer to our solutions. Light and views of the surroundings are not lacking in any office or meeting room, which is ensured by the open design of the building. The 2,200 plants that surround us represent our growth and respect for nature, whose resources we use as sparingly as possible.

The 4 floors of life and intermingling

We have organized our offices to promote effective cooperation. Teams share common areas according to their projects, we do not play on “better” and “worse” floors - they all have the same working conditions and the same quality equipment. Individual management members have their offices across floors and move regularly between them to keep everyone in touch with the day-to-day goings-on.

A broad vision for the energy future

The view from the offices gives us a 360-degree perspective and that is exactly what we strive for in our work. Companies, cities, municipalities and institutions are preparing for the energy future, how to adapt to constant changes, so it is a broad perspective and that we have an overview of what is happening that is important for us.

Separated, but still together

Our offices encourage movement, meeting and sharing of information across all floors, and yet every employee has a fixed place. The main center of events is the relaxation area on the 13th floor - a multifunctional zone in warm colors that serves as a dining room, conference hall or a place to watch the sports finals of the world championships. For events, part of the space can be separated without disturbing the operation of the dining room. Smaller kitchens on each floor provide facilities throughout the day. And for evening events, beer beeps and ice makers are not lacking.

Large space, but not open space

Our offices have been designed to combine functionality with comfort and harmony. Employees work in smaller groups separated by meeting rooms, phone boxes and flower walls that serve as landmarks and give each palate a unique character. Instead of classic right angles, we preferred organic shapes close to nature. “We wanted spaces that breathed. No narrow corridors or dark meeting rooms,” describes Jiří Pech Sr., who together with architect Andrea Pastrnek coordinated the design and implementation of the offices. The result is an environment that encourages natural movement as well as creativity.

Smart, sustainable and inspiring work environment

Smart lighting automatically adapts to the number of people in the room, while the air quality is monitored by control systems for heating, cooling and recuperation. The unique glazed facade maximizes the impact of natural light. In offices you will not find a single room, without daylight.

A space with an emphasis on sustainability and detail

The interior is full of recycled materials — from cushioning coffee grounds walls to unique chairs and tables that always match the theme of a particular meeting room. Therefore, for example, in the “Cave”, a chandelier resembling stalactites decorates the ceiling. Thematic decor encourages people's creativity. It encourages them to choose a place to act according to the current mood and type of meeting and to move freely between floors.
